VRG WAIVER FORM

For those of you who are under the age of 18 years old, a waiver form is required to be signed by a parent or guardian prior to climbing. Since we know how excited you'll be to climb once arriving at the gym this allows you the option to have this form ready upon entering VRG. Simply click "download" below, print the form out at home, have a parent/guardian sign it, and you'll be ready to climb upon arrival after giving the form to VRG staff.
